Volunteer to help with getting sponsorships, reaching out for donation items, T-shirt design and ordering for students, ordering chalk, helping set up for the race, and finding a sweet treat for those who participate! This is an end-of-summer and beginning-of-school-year position, depending on when the event is held

Plan events to honor our Staff. Coordinate food, supplies, and gifts during school conferences, teacher appreciation week, and other times throughout the year. This position is held throughout the school year, fall, winter, and spring.

Organize two events during the school year for the sixth-grade students. Recruit help from parents to chaperone the events.

Organize two events during the school year for the seventh-grade students. Recruit help from parents to chaperone the events.

Organize two events during the school year for the eighth-grade students, as well as planning year-end activities. Recruit help from parents to chaperone the events.

Plan and coordinate the annual ski trip on the weekend of the Super Bowl.

Manage the coordination of Spirit Wear Sales by working with the pre-selected vendor and finalizing spirit wear items. Consolidate orders and sort/distribute them when they arrive. This is a summer and beginning of the school-year position. Could do a spring sale if wanted.

Coordinate activities during Kindness Week, such as Knots of Love, Feed My Starving Children, Loving Lunches, and others. This position is a late December/early January position to Kindness week. Recruit help from parent volunteers to assist at the events.
